Everything Must Come to Light

The Everything Must Come to Light Collection consists of video, digital-video, audiocassettes, compact discs, and papers created during the production of the 25 minute documentary of the same name. The collection contains a copy of the documentary film, transcripts, and digital photographs taken during the filming.
The documentary focuses on the lives of three same-sex identified women who are sangomas (traditional healers) in Soweto, South Africa. The documentary was directed by Mpumi Njinge and Paulo Alberton, produced by Ruth Morgan, and co-sponsored by the Gay and Lesbian Archives of South Africa (GALA) and the Out of Africa Gay and Lesbian Film Festival.
